I offer one-to-one Mind–Body Coaching for women who’ve spent years pushing, coping, and holding it all together, and are ready to feel more energised, spacious and at home in their bodies — without rigid rules or another plan to “stick to.”

You don’t need another strict plan to follow, or more self-care tips to add to your to-do list.

You need a way to come back into relationship with yourself and your body — one that addresses the root causes of your physical and emotional health challenges, and supports you over the long term, not through a quick fix.

On the outside, life may look fine.
On the inside, your mind might feel constantly busy — rarely stopping, rarely getting the chance to truly focus on you. And even if you do, it comes with guilt.

Energy is stretched thin.
“More time” never seems to come.
And somewhere along the way, you may have lost touch with how to listen to your body — or trust it at all.

This work is about doing something different.
Not fixing yourself. Not pushing harder. Not being perfect.
But learning how to listen, respond, and gently rebuild energy, strength, and space from the inside out.

Brave Transform offers ongoing, personalised support for women who want meaningful, sustainable change — not just insight, but shifts that genuinely carry into everyday life.

Our sessions are spacious and responsive. We work with what’s present for you, blending conversation, reflection, gentle movement, nervous system support, and practical habit work — always guided by your capacity, your energy, and the realities of your life.

This isn’t about following a prescribed programme.
It’s about learning how to care for yourself in a way that’s flexible, compassionate, and supportive over time.

Best suited if you want steady, attuned support as you rebuild your relationship with your body and your wellbeing.

Brave Reset

A one-off session for clarity, grounding, and support

A single, spacious session to pause, breathe, and be supported — especially when things feel messy, overwhelming, or a little off.

Brave Reset is ideal if you’re navigating a difficult moment, transition, or period of stress, and need space to be seen and heard without having to figure everything out alone.

Together, we’ll gently involve the body to settle your system, untangle what’s draining your energy, and help you leave feeling clearer, steadier, and more resourced.

I reached out to Alice following a very traumatic year and the loss of my mum. My body was in a constant state of tension, and I felt as though the grief had become physical. I couldn’t relax and felt a lot of pain in my jaw, back, and shoulders. I found it hard to convey what I wanted out of the sessions—I didn’t want to ‘let go’ of my grief, but I desperately needed a way to work through and manage the emotional weight my body was carrying.

Over a course of one-on-one sessions, Alice provided a safe space where I could slow everything down, learn to listen, and just ‘be’ with my body. She guided me through breathing exercises and helped me explore the feelings and emotions I was experiencing. Most importantly, Alice helped me articulate the ‘how’ and ‘why’ of what I was experiencing. She directed me through stretches and movements to very slowly and safely release the built-up trauma I was holding onto.

By learning these techniques and putting together a ‘toolkit,’ Alice has helped me find a sense of relief and relaxation I hadn’t felt in a long time. I felt lighter in myself, as if a huge weight had been lifted. I finally understand what it means when people tell you to “look after yourself.” I feel better equipped to listen to what my body and mind need and take the time to respond.

“Alice is an alchemist. She has an amazing ability to harness tricky energies and sensations and transform them into experiences that affirm and empower.

Working with Alice has been life changing, and I mean that literally. As a neurodivergent person with a history of complex trauma, existing in my body has always felt overwhelming and unsafe. My nervous system was over-reactive - permanently stuck in 'doom' mode - and simple physical sensations held the potential to trigger me. I learnt from a very young age that I could  bypass these difficulties  by dissociating - separating from myself - and the decades that followed have only been half lived.

Working with Alice has made me brave. While I've by no means cured my default dissociation (at least not yet!) I've discovered that I can put it on pause for a bit, and the power that comes with changing such patterning.

Through Alice I've learnt that I *can* be in my body, and that my sensitivity is a strength. “When I started working with Alice, I was in a problematic place regarding my body and mind. I was fatigued and felt despondent about engaging in the same old fitness and diet routines that I had tried many times before and could not maintain. I ended up in a cycle of feeling like I had failed at sticking to a diet and exercise plan.

The first step with Alice was understanding the ‘pendulum swing’ of diet and exercise and engaging with myself holistically and kindly. Through my sessions with Alice, I have learnt to nourish my body and to move in a way that makes me feel good in the moment.

Areas of growth for me were when I was able to explore with Alice my tendencies towards emotional eating and the deeper reasons for this. This has helped me identify my emotional needs and find other ways of helping myself instead of using food as a comfort.

Alice was recommended to me by a good friend, who could see how much I needed the support. I felt I was at rock bottom, so agreed to give it a try.

I have always struggled with feeling vulnerable, but I felt so at ease with Alice in our first session that I have been seeing her weekly since, and I can not overstate how much this has transformed life for me.

It is, of course, all a process (and a challenging one), but I am now more able to tune in to my body and connect with my soul. I was so ‘switched on’ to my brain before, that although I had tried other types of therapeutic practices at different stages in my life, keen to learn, nothing had ever really yet clicked for me - despite my willingness for it to - until Alice.

Our sessions are very fluid and organic; there is no expectation or pressure from Alice to follow a particular route. Everything seems so much clearer for me. I am finding purpose and contentment in the moments, and am able to trust my gut, whereas previously I had always doubted myself, which kept me in an endless and, quite honestly, painful cycle.

As cliche as it sounds, I am finding myself. And I finally feel such peace and hope.
