Brave Move is an exercise studio that breaks the mold of the traditional gym format. Our focus is to lunge, kick and scream about the huge number of benefits a healthy lifestyle can have on your wellbeing; from building confidence, reducing anxiety, improving brain function – and of course feeling like Rocky as sprint up a flight of stairs!
At Brave Move we recognise that your mind has an equal play on your health as your body; influencing you on when, how and why you do the things you do, and can be the key to getting you to reach your own potential and sticking to it. This is why its important to us to consider your minds role at every step of your fitness journey; improving your chances of not just showing up, but excelling beyond your expectations.
Find a class for you
We wanted to create an inspiring work out space far removed from the school sports hall or a TV filled gym. Our space is small but mighty, with lots of natural light and no big, intimidating machines. Group sizes are small and personal so you don't get lost in the crowd, enabling you to become part of an exercise community that’s by your side to the finish line!
We also look for new and innovative class ideas that will motivate you to get out that door and put a smile on your face (and the sweat down your back). We seek out trainers that are dedicated in bringing out the best in you with support, encouragement and passion for what they do.
Exercise is simply movement, and if you can move regularly enough you will feel amazing. Brave Move is here to help you take ownership of your movement and make it an intrinsic part of what you do, for life.
