This work is rooted in understanding how the body and mind are deeply connected β€” and how the way we move can directly shape how we feel, think, and function.

Because exercise isn’t just about fitness.
It’s one of the most powerful ways we can shift our mood, release stress, build resilience, and reconnect with ourselves.

Through a mix of outdoor classes, online sessions, and 1:1 coaching, I offer simple, supportive ways to help you feel calmer, stronger, and more like yourself again β€” whatever your starting point.
