Classes

Brave Move is made up of a team of passionate teachers dedicated in bringing you quality fitness and well-being training. Classes are held in our warm and welcoming studio with small, intimate group sizes so you never feel lost in a crowd and have plenty of chance to get to know people. We’re a very friendly bunch!

Check out our weekly class schedule below and make your bookings. All the classes you see on our booking system are available with all of our class packs, memberships and offers. But that’s not all! We also offer you a selection of specialist classes and workshops run by the experts themselves. See details of these after our schedule, all bookings and payments made to the teacher themselves. Our specialist classes are taught by friends of Brave Move, bringing you unique classes run by the experts themselves. Please note that these classes are not a part of the Brave Move memberships, class passes or offers; instead book these classes with a personal touch by getting in contact with the teacher directly and paying on arrival.
