This holistic deep dive gives you the clarity to understand exactly what’s supporting your vitality — and what might be quietly draining it.

Tailored Guidance & Practical Strategy
You’ll leave the session with personalised recommendations across key areas of your wellbeing — including movement, mindset, rest, nutrition, emotional processing, and more. These practices are designed to be flexible, sustainable, and compassionate — helping you feel more present, energised, and full again, without adding pressure to your plate.

One Custom Mind-Body Practices to Keep
This may include journaling prompts, breathwork, somatic exercises, guided meditations or movement flows — crafted just for you based on what you need most right now. You’ll receive it as take-home resource with lifetime access.

A note on what this session can (and can’t) do:

This is a powerful entry point — a place to be fully seen, to gain clarity, and to receive grounded support without needing to commit long-term. It’s ideal if you’re curious about working together, need a motivational boost, or want immediate direction to start feeling better now.

However, because it’s a one-off session, we won’t be able to move through the deeper emotional patterns or daily challenges that often arise as you begin to implement new habits. For ongoing support, take a look at Brave Transform — my 1:1 coaching package for sustained, deeper change.

If not, I’ll do my best to give you any guidance I can offer and refer you on somewhere. There’s never any pressure to sign up, just honest conversation to see if things are a good fit.

I reached out to Alice following a very traumatic year and the loss of my mum. My body was in a constant state of tension, and I felt as though the grief had become physical. I couldn’t relax and felt a lot of pain in my jaw, back, and shoulders. I found it hard to convey what I wanted out of the sessions—I didn’t want to ‘let go’ of my grief, but I desperately needed a way to work through and manage the emotional weight my body was carrying.

Over a course of one-on-one sessions, Alice provided a safe space where I could slow everything down, learn to listen, and just ‘be’ with my body. She guided me through breathing exercises and helped me explore the feelings and emotions I was experiencing. Most importantly, Alice helped me articulate the ‘how’ and ‘why’ of what I was experiencing. She directed me through stretches and movements to very slowly and safely release the built-up trauma I was holding onto.

By learning these techniques and putting together a ‘toolkit,’ Alice has helped me find a sense of relief and relaxation I hadn’t felt in a long time. I felt lighter in myself, as if a huge weight had been lifted. I finally understand what it means when people tell you to “look after yourself.” I feel better equipped to listen to what my body and mind need and take the time to respond.
