A slower, gentler way to begin your year.

Come and enjoy this New Year mind-and-body workshop with Alice. Alongside the live workshop, you’ll also receive two take-home practices to support your journey in your own time.
This mind-body workshop includes meditation, somatic practices, intention-setting, and a 45-minute grounding strength workout — all levels welcome.

This workshop embraces the slower, more reflective nature of winter, giving you space to tune into what you need, resource yourself, and gently set intentions for the year ahead. You’ll also enjoy a grounding strength session designed to support you through the winter months.

The workout is suitable for every ability and energy level, allowing you to come exactly as you are and move intuitively at a pace that feels right for you. Expect slower, close-to-the-ground movement focusing on small, integral strength patterns influenced by yoga, Pilates, and bodyweight training.

We’ll end with a guided visualisation to help you feel into your intentions or needs for the year ahead — leaving you with a sense of clarity and a few gentle, actionable steps (if you want them), Afterwards, enjoy a cuppa and time to connect.

Please bring your own mat, cushions, and blankets to keep you warm and comfortable, as well as a pen for jotting down reflections.
