Alice is a Mind-Body Practitioner and founder of Brave Move—a community that recognises the everyday moments of courage that shape our wellbeing and help us create the life we truly want.

Having navigated anxiety disorders, depression, complex trauma, eating disorders, fatigue, and IBS, Alice deeply understands the challenges of feeling disconnected from your body, overwhelmed by life’s demands, and unsure where to begin. As a single parent running her own business, she also knows firsthand how easy it is to put yourself last when you’re constantly juggling responsibilities. Through her own journey, she has learned how to reclaim energy, presence, and ease—and now helps others do the same.

Alice’s work blends somatic practices, nervous system regulation, movement, and mindset shifts, bridging the gap between practical change (like planning, habit-building, and skill development) and deep inner work (emotional healing, self-trust, and self-compassion). She believes true wellbeing is community work, which is why group connection is at the heart of her programmes—offering a space to learn, share, and grow together.
