These sessions are designed to help you build real strength and fitness while staying connected to your body, rather than pushing through or switching off. Expect a dynamic, full-body workout using a mix of cardio, strength training, and playful movement to get your heart rate up and your muscles working.

The focus is on embodied movement and choice. You’ll always be offered options and adaptations, with encouragement to listen to your body and move at a pace that suits your energy and mood on the day. Some days you might go harder; other days you might take it steadier — both are welcome here.

The atmosphere is relaxed, friendly, and supportive. There’s motivation and guidance throughout, but no shouting, pressure, or keeping up'. This class is open to all levels, and especially suited if traditional bootcamps have ever felt overwhelming or not quite right for you.

Come and move, sweat, reset your nervous system, and leave feeling clearer, stronger, and more grounded — inside and out.

Location: Along the edge of the park following Hill Avenue, opposite the turning to Monmouth Street.
