This is a fun, playful and dynamic full-body workout suitable for all fitness levels, using a blend of games, weight training and cardio exercises to challenge and progress your strength and fitness to new levels.

Expect a very relaxed and sociable atmosphere with plenty of motivation and support from Alice. There will always be adaptions and modifications for all exercises to suit you’re body and mood on the day with emphasis on listening to your body and going at a pace that you need.

So grab your trainers and join us to clear your mind, strengthen your body, and leave you empowered inside and out.

Class takes place along the edge of the park that follows Hill Avenue, opposite turning to Monmouth Street.
