Brave Movement is a workout that trains both your mind and body, combining body-weight strength training with meditation, breathwork and somatic exercises. This unique combination not only improves your fitness but empowers you to find emotional and physical strength, resilience and freedom from your weekly workout.

Expect to start the session with time to slow down and warm-up up with embodied mobility exercises and breathwork plus somatic techniques to help reset your nervous system to help you feel more grounded and present.

The class then builds to a full-body strength workout, influenced by resistance training, Yoga and Pilates, with plenty of adaptations to suit your mood and body on the day. 

End the class with stretches and a guided meditation, accompanied by hands-on assistance and massage from your teacher, if you wish, leaving you feeling relaxed and replenished.

As we recognise that feeling well and making long-lasting habit change is best found with the support of a community, classes are designed to be relaxed and friendly, giving you time to chat and build connections with your classmates.
